Inspection standards

Inspection principle

The overall equipment integrates mechanical mechanism, visual optical hardware and detection system software, defective product rejection and counting device. The visual inspection machine is docked with the extrusion blowing machine, transported to the entrance belt line of the inspection machine, and then sent to the inspection station in turn, collected and inspected by the camera, and compared and analyzed by the collected image processing software and standardized samples to determine good and bad products. The detected defective products are automatically eliminated online, and the counting function can be realized after the finished product is detected.

After the product inspection, it is transported by the export conveyor line to the back-end for the next packaging process. Our company's design scheme uses 8 sets of high-resolution industrial cameras and high-performance strobe light sources to conduct comprehensive visual inspections for product appearance defects. The inspection speed is 150 pieces/minute, and the equipment can operate 7*24 hours a day. Unqualified products can be automatically removed online.

Application of cameras

• For bottle mouth plane detection, a set of industrial cameras is installed above the bottle mouth, which is used with the inner lens of the mounting ring to collect the plane image of the bottle mouth and the inner wall of the bottle mouth for processing.
• For the detection of the outer bottom of the bottle, the bottle body is suspended in the air through a specific conveying mechanism, and a set of industrial cameras is installed below it, and with the use of visual light sources, the image of the outer bottom of the bottle is collected for processing.
• Bottom detection in the bottle, a set of industrial cameras are installed above the bottle mouth, combined with the use of visual light sources, to collect images of the bottom of the bottle for processing.
• 
• For bottle shoulder detection, a set of industrial cameras is installed above the bottle shoulder, and with the use of visual light source, the image of the bottle shoulder is collected for processing.
• For the inspection of the side of the bottle body, 4 sets of industrial cameras are installed around the bottle body to form a 360-degree ring surface inspection, which is used in conjunction with the use of visual light sources, and the side image is collected and processed by the system.

And to ensure rapid response to customer emergencies, to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.During the epidemic or due to special reasons, when after-sales engineers are unable to reach the site, the service center can remotely adjust customer equipment for troubleshooting and technical consultation.

After the equipment arrives at the customer site, the after-sales engineer arrives in time to carry out equipment installation, commissioning, and operation training. The product quality of the whole machine is traceable, and the quality warranty period is 1 year from the date of acceptance. In the event of non-human faults during the warranty period, after-sales engineers will quickly arrive at the site or provide remote guidance for free maintenance.
