Detection Principle

The reagent tube appearance defect detection equipment transfers the reagent tube to a specific detection station in a stable and orderly manner through the docking of the front-end automation mechanism (which can be directly connected to conveying lines, waterfall capping machines, centrifugal turntables and other organize mechanisms, and the specific implementation method is to be determined according to the production site), and then transmits the captured high-pixel sample image to the image processing software through an industrial camera, the AI artificial intelligence algorithm will detect and determine the good and bad products, and control the corresponding pneumatic components to remove the bad products, and finally outputs the qualified products. The back-end conveyor platform of the testing machine can be connected to the automatic packaging mechanism.
