Detection Principle

(1)The inspection equipment, equipped with four sets of high-pixel industrial cameras and lenses, comprehensively detected the defects on both sides of gloves AB. After sample images were collected systematically, the good and defective products were determined by comparison and analysis between image processing software and standardized samples.

(2)When the detection system determines the defective products, the system will give unqualified signals, using the field demoulding device to eliminate, finished products can be detected after the counting function, counting accuracy is 99%.

(3)The software will open the sample comparison standard, the customer site production personnel can control the comparison accuracy, choose the most suitable for their own production situation of the accuracy standard, so as to control the defect rate.
